Job Designation Available:
Primary Function :
1. To setup the CNC Turning & CAM machines with the right tools to produce high precision turning parts for automotive & electronics industries.
2. To have the cost conscious mindset including world class productivity output attitude to sustain the manufacturing competitiveness by meeting KPl /targets set.
3. To maintain high quality parts produced from the setup by the Production Engineering Technician and Engineer to meet customer requirements in Quality, Delivery and Cost indicators
Secondary Function :
1. To minimize machine downtime related to quality issue from the poor machine setup workmanship.
2. To maintain cutting / drilling tools life with accurate recording at the highest discipline manner and conduct cost saving study on tool’s life span optimization.
3. To setup CNC turning / CAM turning machines and maintain its performance to produce turning parts according to the required Standards.
4. To adhere strictly to recommend too! life span policy (no. of cut/drill) and be 100% responsible to all bad setup and be accountable to rejection due to bad quality tooling setup.
5. Adjust machine when quality problem detected.
6. Ensure that machine is clear from parts before carry out adjustment, repairing and setting.
7. Re-setting machine according to specification requirements.
8. Submit daily report to Engineering HOD for analysis.
9. Improve the machine stability, reduce the tolerance band width in order to reduce deviation reject.
10. Improve the machine to optimum running condition to meet Company Objectives (MTBA, MTBF, Productivity & OEE).
11. To carry out 5s activity at machine at all time to avoid part mixed up.
12. To maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standard and procedures.
13. Have hands on experience in CNC programming for Auto Lathe / Machining Centre (preferably turning) will be added advantage.
Requirements :
1. Diploma/ Degree in mechanical / materials / manufacturing engineering
2. Knowledge of ISO 9001 , ISO 14000 and IATF 16949 would be an advantage
3. Preferable having 5 years similar experience in Machining ( CNC turning preferred )
4. Experience in Process Improvement on Mechanical part turning process/ machine technician (if required)
5. Able to lead and control a group of Production Engineering Technician
6. Applicants must possess good leadership, communication, technical and analytical skills and a good teamworker

Primary Function :
1. To lead and manage a team of Quality inspector & QC auditors in managing the organisations IATF 16949:2016 Quality Management System effectively to meet company objectives including Customer requirements in Quality, Cost effective, Delivery on time and good services to customers and stake holders.
2. To assist QA HOD / QMR in all operations related in accordance to SOPs, Wis & Policy.
Secondary Function :
1. To manage quality related issue on production and process with corrective action plan.
2. To manage QMS (1SO9001, IATF16949) related SOP effectively.
3. Assist QA HOD in daily monitoring, finding root cause for internal quality related issue and customer complaint.
4. Issue CAR to related department and monitor effectiveness of corrective and prevention action.
5. Teach, coach and monitor QC inspector for daily routine job.
6. To operate and setup measurement program for QC inspection equipment such as (Keyence LM series, Mahr Contour & Roughness tester, 2.5D vision system, etc with experience has advantage but not mandatory)
7. A good team player & teamwork to achieve the department KPI.
8. Liaise with customer and supplier on quality related topic such as (complaint, specific requirement)
9. Assists QA HOD to conduct internal & external (supplier & customer) audit.
10. Evaluate production / customer complaint with SPC study, Gage R&R, MSA.
11. Monitor and update QMS related documents (master and distribution list)
12. Risk based thinking identify potential risk on production & process development.
Requirement:
1. Preferable have degree in Mechanical Precision Engineering (CNC turning) / materials / manufacturing.
2. Preferable with 3~5 years similar experience in QA/QC
3. Computer literate
4. Knowledge of ISO 9001 , ISO 14000 and JATF 16949:2016 have advantage
5. Self initiative
6. Positive attitude and a good team leader/player
